Never speak NO to your customers.
If your customers can bring you big profit, that is best.
Sometimes, it is not easy to meet customer’s request, you need hard work. In this time, please do not speak NO to your customers. You can tell your customers what condition and cost in necessary to meet customer’s request. Sometimes, you can not meet customer’s request, you can say that you will try to find if others can meet customer’s request.
We do not say NO to customers, we should also treat other people in this way, such as boss, friends and suppliers. Why not say NO to others?
